Built in your own Google Workspace
We build the solution in your own Google Workspace. The document and your data live there and belong to you, so you can reach them yourself, with or without us. The program code stays ours, and you get the right to use the solution - as with our other work, under the NLdigital Terms 2025. If you want the source code transferred, we put that in writing. On delivery you receive documentation of how it is put together, and instructions for the people who use it.
Maintenance is by arrangement; we agree for each solution what suits it. What drives the cost: how much you want to automate, how many data sources and integrations it has to work with, and how much of an existing file can be kept.

Short answers to common questions
Who owns the document and the scripts?
The document and your data live in your own Google Workspace and belong to you. The program code stays ours; you get the right to use the solution. If you want the source code transferred, we put that in writing. Documentation and instructions are part of the delivery; maintenance is by arrangement.
Can an existing Excel file be converted to Google Sheets?
In many cases, yes. We assess each file, recommend a sensible approach, and tell you beforehand what carries over as it is and what has to be rebuilt. Formulas and formatting usually carry over; VBA macros don't, because Google Sheets uses Apps Script instead.
