All agreements made by ExcelSpecialist, a trading name of Jazetti B.V., are subject to the NLdigital Terms 2025. Jazetti B.V. is the contracting party.
NLdigital Terms 2025
These terms are the standard terms and conditions for the Dutch digital sector, drawn up by trade association NLdigital. We apply them without amendments or additional terms of our own.
- Filed by NLdigital with the District Court of Midden-Nederland, location Utrecht (Rechtbank Midden-Nederland, locatie Utrecht).
- They apply to the relationship between ExcelSpecialist (Jazetti B.V.) as supplier and its business clients; they are not intended for consumers.

The opening of the English version states: "In the event of disputes concerning the interpretation of the English version of the NLdigital Terms, the Dutch text takes precedence."
Effort-based obligation
ExcelSpecialist delivers bespoke work on the basis of an effort-based obligation (inspanningsverbintenis): we apply our knowledge and experience to deliver the best possible result, as further described in the quote or agreement. The NLdigital Terms 2025 govern matters including liability, delivery, client cooperation and additional work.
