Excel for multiple users at once – without conflicting versions
Your team works in Excel, and it works. Until several people need the same file at the same time. Then the file is "locked by another user", copies like planning_v3_final_NEW.xlsx appear, and nobody knows which version is right.
We build Excel applications that don't have that problem. Your team keeps working in the Excel they already know. The data lives in one central place.
You need the desktop version of Excel for Windows, with macros enabled, and an internet connection. Excel for Mac and Excel Online are not supported.

A familiar worksheet, with buttons and input fields designed around your process. No new software package to learn.

Data stored centrally
Data is saved to a secure server rather than a file on a shared drive. Everyone works with the same up-to-date data.

Work together without overwriting each other's changes
While someone is editing a record, colleagues cannot edit that same record. This prevents one person's changes from overwriting another's.

Each user has their own personal access key.
What this means for your team
- One version of the truth. No more copies, no doubt about the right version.
- A familiar way of working. Your staff stay in Excel, and we train them to use the new application.
- An existing foundation. User access, storage, record locking and security are already in place. On that foundation we build only what is specific to your process.
- Controlled updates. Changes are tested first in separate test and acceptance environments. They go live only after your approval. Outdated versions of the application are automatically blocked, so nobody accidentally works with an old copy.
- Grows with you. Start with a few users and one process; add users and functions later, on the same foundation. You pay for what you add, never for starting over.
- Your data stays yours. Your data is stored on servers we manage in Amsterdam and is encrypted in transit. You can request your data from us at any time.
- Backed up every night. We back up the application data every night, storing an encrypted copy with another provider in a second country.
For your IT department
Data is stored on servers in the Netherlands (Amsterdam), managed by Jazetti. Connections are encrypted (HTTPS). Every user has a personal access key. Each application has separate development, test, acceptance and production environments. We are happy to explain how it works, so you can have it reviewed.
